The Chinese tea culture is known for its extensive and profound meanings and nuances. Since Lu Yu wrote his Classic of Tea or Cha Jing in the Tang dynasty, the first book on cultivating, making and drinking tea, many scholars have written seminal works on various aspects of tea, from its production to brewing to tasting. Tea Canon, designed by T-Change Design, which has considerable experience in book and packaging design, is a collection of this classic tea literature. Beautifully illustrated and meticulously edited, the book takes readers on a spiritual journey through ancient Chinese calligraphic works and paintings and the rich cultural heritage of this beloved precious beverage.
