Design Showcase

It was a school design project that ignited Maggie Tse Ka Ying’s artistic spirit and inspired her dream of becoming a designer. She graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with first class honours in a BA in fashion design before completing an MBA with a concentration in fashion business. From there, she expanded her horizons and honed her craft by designing womenswear and accessories for international brands including Lloyd, agnes b. Sport b. and Anteprima. This rich variety of experience developed her passion for art and design, and she found herself inspired to start experimenting with the novelty of new, innovative creations.

She received the Young Talent Award (Outstanding student) from the Hong Kong Designers Association in 2002, was recognised in the Ten Best Collections by the Hong Kong Young Fashion Designer Contest in 2004, and was listed in the 40 under 40 awards by Perspective magazine in 2014. She founded jewellery label a o g p in 2013, and in 2019 renamed the brand A O G P , to reflect its new holistic lifestyle focus: a crafted modern touch for exceptional living.
