Critical designs entice visitors to contemplate how play, as a conceptual ‘Trojan Hobby Horse’, enhances designers’ speculative practice. Straddling art and design, the playworks will invite visitors to appreciate the value of ‘Design Play’ in addressing issues such as identity, information, technology, environment, corporate culture, or… food, and ponder how the present offers clues and truths to create ‘desirable futures’.
