Exhibitor’s Stories

Children’s play spaces are multidisciplinary laboratories of radical ideas in art, design, architect, landscape, education, and urban planning. They are also important public spaces. Since 2018, first inspired by old photographs of playgrounds, arts practitioner Fan Lok Yi started to study the history of twentieth-century abstract playscapes, and she seeks to expand the public’s understand of this spatial type.
