Perhaps you have heard of the Yunnan Indigo, the Java Indigo, or the Japan Indigo, but Hong Kong also had its own local traditional Hakka Indigo right here. Since 2016, Dyelicious have been working to revive the unique Hong Kong Indigo, cultivating it from food waste and replanting it for all to see. The piece is over 27 meters long, showcasing 16 different shades of this Hong Kong Indigo.
