    【Play Lives - Design Workshop】
    Tangible Programming

This workshop aims to promote fundamental STEAM programming skills applicable in design for play. We invite kids to manipulate and experiment with a set of customized electronic blocks to understand basic computing concepts and make use of their imagination to generate ideas for application in interactive toys or to enhance the experience of playground games. Playing with various inputs from sensors, logic decision processes, and output devices such as motors and LEDs, participants will explore possible combinations, have fun, and interact with their workshop peers.

*The best two to three pieces of work made by the participants will be selected for display during the design exhibition themed “PLAY LIVES” from February to April 2021.
