Mr Aaron Shi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Hunan University. Since joining Esquel Group in 2008, he has been responsible for several key projects throughout China and overseas, including Esquel Group’s Wastewater Treatment Center upgrading project and the Group’s first Natural Dye Botanic Garden. He has over 20 years of project management experience.
Aaron also led the project management of Integral – Esquel’s Sustainable Development Garden in Guilin, and has collaborated with award winning architects, designers and experts from Hong Kong’s Ronald Lu & Partners, Taiwan’s Ray Chen + Partners Architects, Thailand’s PLandscape, and the Kunming Institute of Botany, etc. to develop the first phase of the Integral Project.
Aaron is also responsible for project management of the Group’s retail brands stores.

Henry Cheung joined Ronald Lu & Partners in 2011 after obtaining a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Hong Kong. But Henry’s passion for architecture began when he was a child. He learned drawing and photography from his uncle, then began taking photos and making sketches of the streets of Hong Kong.
At RLP Asia, Henry has taken on numerous design projects in Hong Kong and mainland China, including residential, commercial, office, and comprehensive public construction projects, leveraging his growing experience in architectural design, construction management and project management to create sustainable, life-centric developments for future generations.
