Poppy stepped into the world of spirituality through yoga and meditation, in hopes of finding inner peace in today’s chaotic world. “Through meditation, I gradually understood that we are all connected. What I see on the outside is a reflection of the inside. When we deal with our inner world first, then the outer world will be fixed. No matter how chaotic is our environment, if we live in the now with our focus inwards, nothing can trouble us.”

To find inner peace, Poppy encourages her students to follow life’s natural flows, to connect with Mother Nature and focus on every “good breath” – or in short, living in the now. After completing her 200 hours teacher training with Samrat Dasgupta in 2016, Poppy expanded her spiritual journey through various mediums, including Magnified Healing III, Usui Reiki, Shamanic Healing, crystal healing, sacred geometry, kirtan and more.

One of Poppy’s most inspirational mentors is guru Man-Tung Tsang, the founder of Allpamama Healing Circle. Man-Tung emphasises on building a solid foundation first, so as we subsequently branch into different mediums, we still know how to distinguish between illusions and reality. Because of his teaching, Poppy fell in love with singing bowls. By completing singing bowls level I and II with Man-Tung, Poppy learned to ground herself by listening to and living in the vibrations of her bowls.

In Yoga, Poppy also stumbled upon Lawrence Pradhan in her second teaching training. Lawrence’s mastery training in therapeutic approach widened her horizons on the definition of “Enlightenment”. Similar to Man-tung, Lawrence emphasises in first building a solid foundation with awareness. Poppy is tremendously grateful for meeting so many trustworthy and experienced teachers who have guided her through her ongoing journey to grow with inner peace. From her on-going practise in Yoga and Himalayan Singing Bowl, Poppy aims to guide you on your journey to explore yourself with a playful heart.
